Ever gone speed dating?  How about speed networking?  Chicago Women in Publishing is hosting a Speed Networking even on October 17, open to CWIP members and non-members.

Starting at 6 p.m. at National-Louis University, participants will have the chance to meet CWIP members and make new contacts in the business. 

So if you’re interested, bring your business cards and an “elevator speech” – a 30-second pitch of who you are and what you do.  StoryStudio member Stacy Hope Jones is the facilitator.  Entrance is free for premium CWIP members, $10 for regular CWIP members, and $15 for nonmembers.
