Narrative Magazine is currently publishing a “Story of the Week” each week, both on the website, and in an email that goes out to 40,000 Narrative readers. If you can’t tell, here is a simple breakdown of why that’s a great thing:
1. You get paid.
2. Your work is featured in a prominent position on a well-known literary magazine.
3. Your work is sent to the email inboxes of 40,000 voracious readers.
As if that’s not enough, Narrative chooses five Stories of the Week at the end of each year, and those stories are announced to readers and the literary press. Winners receive another stipend and are eligible for the $4,000 yearly Narrative Prize. All stories are archived and will be available for years to come.
Visit Story of the Week Guidelines to find out how to submit.
We want to see your name up there next week!
