If the crummy cold weather isn’t enough to get you to hunker down indoors at our Write-A-Thon this Sunday October 18th, maybe a review of the menu will do the trick. For the early birds we’ll have bagels and cream cheese and coffee cake. Granola bars too, but you can enjoy those at any time of the day, can’t you? Ruffles. Sun Chips. Pretzels. Peanuts. Fruits & veggies. Coffee and tea, of course. Fresca. Diet Coke. We considered Coke Zero but went with Regular Coke. Let us know if it does the trick.

And, because it’s that time of year, there’s also candy corn. And loads of other chocolate candy treats—Snickers, Three Musketeers, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and Peppermint Patties. We had a great time in the Halloween aisle of the grocery store.

But beyond all the food, StoryStudio provides a quiet, creative environment to sit down (or lie on the floor if you really must) and get some writing done. Surrounded by other people who are doing the exact same thing you are. Who have the same struggles (don’t worry, you’re not the only writer who gets stuck). And who know all about that gnawing need to get some words on the page.
