Southern Storytelling Productions LLC is looking for entries for the Second Annual Women and Success Contest.
“Women and Success” is a collection of stories about women facing cancer – the book is looking for stories about the courage of women, their lessons, and their legacies.
Stories must be about a woman’s battle with cancer, either written by the women experiencing cancer, or by her spouse, friend, or family member. Men are welcome to submit!
The maximum word count is 2000 words; each entry has a $20 reading fee, with proceeds going to cancer research. The deadline is September 15. All unpublished entries will get feedback an a critique; the grand prize winner gets $150, ten copies of the book, and a 20% discount on all books purchased, while all other winners get $50, three copies of the book, and a 20% discount.
