This Wednesday, October 15, the Chopin Theatre will be hosting Writers and Cartoonists for Obama, a fundraiser that will help pay for canvassing in Indiana.

Among those reading are Stuart Dybek, Rosellen Brown, Sara Paretsky, Cris Mazza, Jonathan Messinger, Kevin Coval, and Jim McManus, among others.  There will be auctions of signed books and political cartoons. 

So come have fun, all for a good cause.  Doors open at 5:30; tickets are $50, but if you’re under 25 you only have to pay your age.  The theatre is located at 1543 W. Division, just off the Division stop of the Blue Line.
